Create two public-source snapshots and buy the exact change report for 0.01 USDC on Base. Currently supports GitHub latest releases, unscoped npm latest versions, and an HTML demonstration on example.com. It does not monitor continuously or fetch arbitrary URLs.

Agent flow

1. Free POST /v1/prepare with a supported URL.
2. Pay GET /v1/report?report_id=... using x402.
3. On a later call, pass previous_report_id to compare.
